In a Pro-Spect building report, you will first find a summary containing any significant defects, urgent maintenance or gradual deterioration, followed by minor defects and recommendations. All findings are documented with clear images and sentences that are easy to understand.

We know that trying to make sense of a detailed builders report can be overwhelming especially to those who have little to no knowledge of building terms. That is why we have simplified our wording as much as we can without compromising the quality of the report.
